MASTIC ROOFING
HYPERDESMO is a one component polyurethane fluid that cures with the humidity in the atmosphere. It produces an elastic strong film with excellent adhesion to different surfaces. It contains a small percentage of solvent (xylol) and it can be thinned also with gasoline. A solventless Hyperdesmo is also available. Apply with brush or roller in two coats with minimum total consumption of 1kg/m2.The product is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin plus special inorganic fillers that provide the material with all these excellent Weather, Chemical, UV, Mechanical and Thermal Resistance. The application of Hyperdesmo is very easy, it is one component and can be brushed, ruled or applied by airless spray. Do not apply thick films of the one component Hyperdesmo in a single coat in order to get smooth final surfaces. ADVANTAGES: Excellent adhesion on almost any surface, generally there is no need of special primers. No thinning is required but in case it can be thinned cheaply with gasoline. Excellent weather and UV resistance. The white colour reflects much of the solar energy and so reduce the internal temperature of the buildings considerably. Excellent thermal resistance, the product never return soft, Max service temperature 100°,Max shock temperature 250° Resistance in the cold: the film remains elastic even down to -50°. Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile and tear strength, abrasion resistance. Excellent chemical resistance. Finally the material when cured it is absolutely not toxic and it can be used for the impermabilization of drinking water tanks as well. Moisture vapour transmission: the film breaths so there is no accumulation of humidity under the coat.(in case there is need of humidity barrier please consider our product Polybit-2K). Packaging: 20lt steel drums 5lt drums. Stability: Min 12 months Colours Standard: white, brick red, grey, green, aluminum, black. Consumption: 1 to 2 kg/m2 |
